Returns

We do not accept returns on any of our products. Once you have purchased our soap, we cannot accept it back for a refund or exchange. This policy is in place to ensure the purity and quality of our products, as we cannot guarantee that returned products have been properly handled or stored.

Refunds

We take great care to ensure that our products are of the highest quality, and we are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes refunds are necessary. We do not offer refunds for any technical issues that arise from the payment gateway provider Razorpay. If you experience any technical issues during the payment process, please contact Razorpay’s customer service directly for assistance.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any other reason, we offer the option to purchase another product with the same value as the original purchase. We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will require photographic evidence of the damage or defect before we can process a replacement. We reserve the right to refuse any replacement requests if we believe that the damage or defect was caused by improper handling or storage after delivery.
